TarotCards.io does not provide medical, psychiatric, legal, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By using the Service, you affirm that:

• You are not using the Service to address any physical, mental, or emotional illness.
• You understand that no part of the Service is delivered or supervised by licensed health professionals.
• You are in good physical and mental health and free of any impairments that could prevent the use of the Service.

If you are experiencing loneliness, distress, or mental health issues, please contact a qualified professional in your area for help.

The App, Website, and Services are intended for general public use. By using the platform, you confirm that:

1. Age Requirement: You are at least 18 years old. The Services are not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
2. Device Compatibility: The Services are delivered through the Website and work in current versions of major browsers on desktop and mobile devices; availability depends on your device, browser and connection.
3. Paid Features: Some Services are free, while others are paid: the Circle membership, question credit packs, and written reports. Purchases are made on the Website at checkout, subject to these Terms and the purchase policies shown at checkout.

License: TarotCards.io grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense this right.

Some Services are unlocked with question credits (for example, packs of 10 or 25 questions) or as one-off paid readings and reports. These purchases are single payments and do not renew. The following applies to all credits and paid readings:

• Credits are personal to the purchaser and non-transferable: they cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or exchanged between users or accounts.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded for cash or any other consideration, except where required by law.
• Credits may only be used for their stated purpose on this Website and confer no other rights or entitlements.
• Nothing on the Website is a prize, wager, or opportunity to win anything of value; credits and readings are entertainment services you purchase directly.
• All purchases are supplied immediately: readings, reports, and question credits are available as soon as payment completes. By purchasing you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day cancellation right ends once the service is fully delivered — for credit packs, as each question is used.
• Delivered readings and reports, and used credits, are non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights, and refunds remain available where required by law.

The Circle is a paid membership billed as a subscription. It renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal, and your membership runs to the end of the period already paid.

• Because membership content is supplied immediately, starting the subscription ends the statutory 14-day cancellation right, as stated at checkout.
• Membership chat is subject to fair-use limits — currently up to fifty questions a day, paced within the hour — which may be adjusted to keep the service available to everyone.
• What the membership includes (games, readings, practices and other features) may evolve over time; features may be added, changed or retired.
• Complimentary memberships granted by us carry no billing and may be withdrawn at any time.
• You can cancel and rejoin whenever you like; nothing is deleted when a membership lapses.

When using the Services, you agree to:

• Access the App and Website only through official platforms provided by TarotCards.io.
• Obtain and maintain all necessary devices, services, or connections (e.g., internet or Wi-Fi) to use the platform.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your Conduct: Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Sharing: If you share the App link with others, ensure they agree to these Terms before use.
• Account Creation: Some features may require creating an account. You must provide accurate information and secure your login credentials.

While using the App, Website, and Services, you must NOT:

1. Use the platform for commercial, political, or religious purposes.
2. Disrupt or interfere with other users' experiences or the proper functioning of the platform.
3. Post or share inappropriate content, including but not limited to:
   • Violent, obscene, or discriminatory material.
   • Content that encourages illegal activities, self-harm, or immoral behavior.
4. Engage in activities such as reverse engineering, altering, or redistributing any part of the App or Website without authorization.
5. Violate intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights of TarotCards.io or others.
6. Attempt unauthorized access or activities that compromise platform security.

TarotCards.io reserves the right to monitor user activity and remove any content that violates these Terms.

TarotCards.io may suspend all or part of the Services without notice for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violations of these Terms.
• Maintenance, emergencies, or technical failures.
• Compliance with legal obligations.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or labor disputes.

Liability: TarotCards.io is not responsible for damages caused by service interruptions.

We integrate AI features powered by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) to enhance the user experience. Sunaree is an AI character, not a person, and its readings and answers are offered for reflection and entertainment. By using AI-driven features:

1. you accept that your questions and inputs are processed by those providers under their own terms of service.
2. You acknowledge that AI responses may not always be accurate or unique.
3. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability: TarotCards.io provides AI features “as is” and does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

All content, including tarot readings, text, graphics, software, and videos, is the property of TarotCards.io or its licensors. Users may access the platform for non-commercial purposes only. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

The App, Website, and Services are provided “as is.” TarotCards.io disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Uninterrupted, error-free operation.

TarotCards.io is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Data loss, revenue loss, or other harms resulting from platform use.

Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations; in such cases, applicable laws may override these terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold TarotCards.io harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

3. Misuse of intellectual property.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in English and Welsh courts.

TarotCards.io reserves the right to terminate your access without notice for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and Services.

TarotCards.io may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
